Shipping Times

We deliver globally to most of the countries. Your order undergoes processing—including order verification, quality inspect, packaging—and is sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after order placed, excluding holidays.

In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. Order processing begins immediately. Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your payment or may need additional verification. We will notify you via email if we are unable to process your payment.

Shipping Methods

When your items are ready for shipment, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. We reserve the right to ship all or part of your order by an alternate shipper due to weight and size. Your order may arrive separately on different days. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Return Policy

Cancellations

Except customized orders, the rest orders can be cancelled before production or shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Returns

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and good condition in original packaging.

Returns requested within 14 calendar days of receipt of order.

Proof of purchase required.

Process

Never return items to the manufacturer.

Customers bear one-way shipping fees (no restocking fees).

Refunds

Inspection occurs within 5 business days of receipt.

Approval/rejection notification via email.
